The detox flushes out the toxic material your body has accumulated. Your body gets
detoxified through all channels of elimination. Which means that during the first few days the toxic material will be circulating through your system. That is why it is so important to drink a lot of water and make sure that your colon functions efficiently (i.e. you are not constipating).
Effects will range from person to person. Loose bowels and increased urination are
often experienced in the first days. Some other minor symptoms that may be experienced are nausea, headaches, flu-like symptoms, low energy level, muscle aching, skin blemishes, and irritability. Some of the existing symptoms (e.g. skin problems) are initially getting worse. Surprisingly, these are positive signs indicating that
the body is eliminating toxins. The symptoms should improve or vanish as your body flushes out toxicities.
On average, these symptoms last for the first few days and are quite tolerable. As the
cleanse comes to an end one usually feels lighter and healthier. Cleansing becomes easier when it is done on a regular basis. Initially, it is recommended to complete at least two cleanses within 6 month period. When you become more experienced at cleansing the body detox process will become easier and more effective.
