 I'm an online Registered Holistic Nutritionist based in Toronto and working to help people eat, look and feel better. 
I specialize in working with women 40+ to help them successfully lose weight naturally, without counting calories or feeling deprived.
Why am I so passionate about helping you to live a joyful life and become the best version of yourself? Because we are very much alike. 
I experienced years of struggling with sugar cravings, health issues, lack of energy, moodiness and anxiety. 

I went from doctor to doctor, tried various diets and “quick fix” solutions just to become discouraged, angry and frustrated with lack of results. 
It wasn’t until I discovered what was really wrong with me and how to use real whole foods to heal my body, something that no doctor I went to ever told me about, that I was finally able to transform my body and health.
I see it as my mission to help YOU make this transformation to a healthier and happier self regardless of your age. 
 For that purpose, I went back to school and graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Now I offer my programs to women who want to lose weight, balance their hormones,
regain energy and confidence.
